Your energy levels, stress or injury is affecting your life and happiness and is causing you some frustration. You would really like to see an improvement in your strength, flexibility and to take time to relax, but you don’t feel ready to take group classes.
What do you need help with right now?
You would like to work closely with someone who will take you through poses and breathing exercises one step at a time, to help you build strength and confidence in your practice, and to improve and maintain your wellbeing and health.
You need support to build strong foundations in the basics or advanced levels of yoga so you can see a rapid improvement or to join a group class. You would like to feel confident you can make a change for yourself.

You are not alone anymore, with hour-long private classes you will have the support to get back in touch with your body and calm your mind. You will be given personalised lessons and support to establish your own yoga and meditation practice at home.
